This pretty characer is called Luna.

This took me forever but who cares, it's done now and I have to say that I enjoyed drawing this so much! I experimented with shading (again XD) and I'm pretty proud of the finished picture.
Those roses were a pain tough DX I used brushes for them but I had to shade every single rose separately to make them pop out more. Roses are one of my favorite flowers but after drawing this I think I won't want to look at them for some time XD XD Just a little piece of advice for you guys: Don't, I repeat, don't draw more than a few roses unless you want a headache. I feel so dizzy after shading that many *faints*
